Office Visits/Ride Alongs

Similar to Pre/Post Call Briefings, I will participate with your sales rep(s) on physical calls throughout the day regardless of the location. In person engagements have their separate challenges from phone/webinar calls, as body language and speech play an integral role as to how someone sells. Constructive criticism will be provided on these days so your sales reps gain the confidence to close anybody. 

Sales Presentations/QBRs Refinement

Does your sales rep just read slides and not sell? There are numerous methods and ways to run a sales presentation/QBR (Quarterly Business Review). This focus ensures your sales rep is using the presentation to their advantage by asking the right questions, securing the next meeting, and closing. My services also include Presentation development on any platform. 

Sales Process Improvement

Does your current sales process work? Do you have a formal sales system? Analyzing your current sales system will help me understand what is and is not working. If necessary, I will make recommendations to avoid redundant actions, ensure the correct department personnel is assigned, and keeping your customers content.

Lead Generation

Imperative that your sales force keeps that pipeline full. Tying into the CRM component, how and where your sales team generates leads is vital. The follow-up and categorization is just as important as the process of finding leads turns into consistent customers. 

Sales Training | Hiring | Assessment (Upon Request/A la carte)

Sales Training can be provided to your sales team. This is formal training that involves a half-day or 1 or 2 days of probing/closing exercises, creative problem solving, presentation/sales call demos, and done on-site or desired location. 


Hiring/Recruiting one or additional members to your sales team is a big deal. This service can include everything from job description creation, compensation plans, interviewing, and negotiation in order to find and hire the right person(s) that will be motivated, a good fit, and effectively sells. This service is a fraction of the cost of a typical recruiting company.


Assessment: these services include administering a formal Behavioral Sales assessment, evaluating each of your member's results, and sales training.
